Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsbroccoli florets
  2. 1/2 cupmushroom slices
  3. 1/2 cuptofu
  4. 1cucumber in cubs
  5. 8-10cherry tomatoes
  6. 1/2 cupapple cubs
  7. 1/4 cupsalad leaves
  8. 2 tspolive oil
  9. 1/2 tspblack salt
  10. 1/4 tspblack pepper
  11. 1/2 tspchat masala
  12. 1 tbsplemon juice

Cooking Instructions

15 minutes
  1. 1

    In a medium pot bring some water to boil and cook broccoli for 2 minutes. Drain and keep aside.

    On a non-stick pan roast Mushrooms in 1 tsp olive oil. Roast tofu in same pan.

    In a large mixing bowl add salad leaves. Add Mushrooms and cucumber.

    Now add cherry tomatoes, tofu and apple.

  5. 5

    Season with salt, chat masala, black pepper, black salt and lemon juice.
