  5. 1/2 cup Sweet corn:
  6. 1 teaspoonRed chilli powder:
  7. 1teaspoonAachi curry masala powder :
  8. 1/2 teaspoonGaram masala:
  9. For grinding
  10. 5 clovesGarlic:
  11. 1/2 inchGinger :
  12. 1 teaspoonCoconut:
  13. 1/2 teaspoonJeera :
  14. 10Cashew:
  15. 2Green Chillis:
  16. 2Lavanga :
  17. 1/2 inchCinnamon:

Cooking Instructions

    First grind all the grinding items.... Tn fry in mushrooms and keep is aside

  2. 2

    Tn in a kadai add oil, jeera, onion, capcicum (fry till it get cooked)

  3. 3

    Tn add the grinding items and spices fry till it get cooked and oil seperates

  4. 4

    Tn add the mushroom and requires water... (Boil for two minutes)

    Tn your mushroom curry is ready
