Ingredients

  1. 100 gmgreen chillies
  2. 2 tbspmustard oil
  3. 1/4 tspasafoetida
  4. 1 tspfennel seeds
  5. 1tap cumin seeds
  6. 1 tspNigella seeds
  7. 2 tbspachar masala
  8. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  9. 1/2 tspred chilli powder (optional)
  10. as tasteSalt
  11. 2 tbspthick curd
  12. 1 tsplemon juice

Cooking Instructions

    First wash the chillies dry them with kitchen towel or any cotton cloth.then slit them into middle.

    In a pan heat oil add cumin seeds, Nigella seeds,and asafoetida saute few seconds then add green chillies.saute and turn the flame low.cook for two minutes.add fennel seeds, turmeric powder,salt, red chilli powder and achar masala.mix that it coated chillies well.add 2tbsp water cover and cook for 2-3 minutes.

    Open the lid add curd mix well cook another 2 minute on high flame then turn off the flame.the instant mirch achar is ready.keep in an airtight container and enjoy.
