  9. 3-4 tspCrushed flattened rice flakes or bread crumbs
  10. 1chesse cube
  11. 1/4 tspred chilli flakes
  12. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  13. 1/2 tspperi peri masala
  14. 2 tspall-purpose flour for slury
  15. 4-5 teaspoonwater
  16. Pinchsalt
  17. 1 cupvermicelli
  18. For sauce
  19. 1 tspall-purpose flour
  20. 1 teaspoonghee or butter
  21. 1/2 tspItalian herbs
  22. to tasteSalt
  23. 1/2 tspchilli Flakes
  24. 1/4 tspblack pepper powder
  25. 1/2grated cheese cube
  26. 3/4 cupMilk

    Firstly makes the sweet potato chips with the help of chips cutter then fry it

    Now will add peri peri masala and salt to the chips and mix nicely now take a bowl add boil sweet potatoes ginger garlic paste green chilli coriander paste salt peri peri masala crushed flattened rice chilli flakes and garam masala and mix it now cool the mixture for slury we mix flour salt and water

    Now we make souce add butter and flour rost1-2 minutes then add milk salt mix herbs black pepper chilli flakes and mix it finely add cheese and mix well deep is ready

    Now make crackers take a small portion of mixture and place the cheese cube in the middle of it and make boll this is how we will make all bolls

    Now deep the all bolls in slurry and coat with vermicelli then deep fry the balls now serve with deep and chips
