Ingredients

  1. Crackers-Base
  2. 6 cupsall purpose flour
  3. 1/2 cuplard you can substitute with butter
  4. 3 cupswater
  5. 1/4 cupsugar
  6. 1-1/2 teaspoonsalt
  7. 1-1/2 teaspoongranulated garlic powder
  8. 1/2 cupgrated Parmesan cheese
  9. As neededgrated Parmesan cheese for sprinkling on top
  10. Meatball Bites
  11. 2 ouncemeatballs about 30 of them
  12. As neededgrated Parmesan cheese
  13. Sauce
  14. 30 ouncestomato sauce
  15. 1/2 cupgrated Parmesan cheese
  16. 1/3 cupsugar
  17. 1 teaspoonsalt
  18. 1 teaspoonItalian seasonings
  19. 1 teaspoongranulated garlic powder
  20. 1/4 cupChinese black vinegar or balsamic vinegar
  21. As neededgrated Parmesan cheese

Cooking Instructions

    Mix the crust ingredients, allow to rest 20 minutes.

    Roll the cracker mix out. Add the precooked meatball to the center of the dough and inclose. Preheat oven to 450° Fahrenheit. Repeat till done.

    Roll out the remaining dough for the cracker mix. Cut them make no thicker then 1/4" thick. Put the crackers and meatball bites into oven. If you make thinner it's less braking time.

    Bake till crackers are done. If you want very crispy crackers leave in the oven longer. It takes about 30 minutes to cook. 45 for very crispy.

    While the crackers, and bites are baking simmer all the sauce ingredients. Serve I hope you enjoy!!!
