GAJAR ka halwa is a traditional, classic Indian sweet dish. Very delicious and healthy . During winter season most of us make it in our house.
Cooking Instructions

Wash and grate carrots.
- 2
Take a pan boil milk. Add sugar. Boil it till it becomes little thick.
- 3
Take a wok. Heat ghee. Roast the nuts, remove it, keep aside. In Same wok add carrot and 1/4 cup water. Cover it with lid. Cook it on low medium heat till carrot becomes soft.

Add milk. Cook it on medium heat. Stir continuesly. When milk absorbed turn off the heat.

Transfer it in a serving bowl. Garnish it with nuts and mawa.
