Instant Cocoa and Coconut Balls

#cookpadindia
A simple yet an elegant Dessert to blow you off your feet on any occasion or for that matter, an instant Dessert after dinner for your family. Create magic with this stunner. You can use any of your favourite Dry fruits. I have used Dry Coconut or Khopra for this but Dessicated also works fine. Butter can be also be used in place of Ghee. A perfect No Cook Recipe for a perfect Dessert on any given day to be enjoyed with your loved ones and friends. Fresh Coconut can also be used but it needs to be roasted dry before using to reduce the moisture content. Anyways this taste awesome with Dry variety of Coconut only, so use only that for a better experience. Happy No Cooking with Zee!
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Grind the Dry Coconut pieces to a powder at first. Add all the ingredients to a bowl for the next step and mix well. If needed add some more Amul Mithai Mate or Condensed Milk.
- 2
After mixing well, shape into balls of medium size. As a last and a final step, roll in Dessicated Coconut powder.
- 3
Chill them for 10 to 15 minutes in the refrigerator before serving. That's it. Enjoy!
