Cooking Instructions

Take 1/2 cup quinoa in a strainer and rinse very well in running water

Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds.

Once the mustard seeds begin cracking then add cumin seeds.

Then add chopped Ginger green chilli.

Next add 1 cup chopped onion chopped carrots frozen peas you can use your choice of veggies mix well.

Then add quiona mix very well again

Then add Water for 1/2 cup of quiona 1cup of water can be added 1.25 cups water

Add salt as per taste

Cover the pan with its lid and simmer on low flame till the quiona seeds are cooked

When all water has been absorbed amd the grains appear translucent and cook well

Remove the lid and switch off the flame it will take about 20 to 22 min for the quiona to cook

Serve vegetable quiona upma hot or warm
