Chickpeas-Paneer Salad

Paneer ( cottage cheese ) is a main source of protein for vegetarians. It is also rich in calcium. Chickpeas are also rich source of protein and energy. I have combined these both healthy ingredients and made salad with basic spice.
One bowl of this salad can take place of one small meal.

Ingredients

10 minutes
2 persons
  1. 1/2 cupsmall dices of paneer
  2. 1/2 cupboiled chick peas
  3. 1medium tomato (diced)
  4. 1medium onion (diced)
  5. 1small cucumber (diced)
  6. 1 tbspfinely chopped capsicum
  7. 1/4 cupfinely chopped coriander
  8. 1 tbsplemon juice
  9. 1 tspchat masala
  10. as per tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all ingredients.

    Chill it.

  3. 3

    Can add coloured bell peppers. Can replace chickpeas with your choice of pulses.
