So, I was dieting for a Brazilian Jiu jitsu competition and this was one of the meals I used to stay healthy and make weight. This is a quick and easy recipe and of course, you can always add your touch.
Cooking Instructions
- 1
What i like to do first is slice the onion and place it on a cup of water with a teaspon of salt, give a mix and let it seat fora few minutes.
- 2
Open your tuna can and dismiss the water. Same goes with chick peas. I recommend to wash the chickpeas to get rid of extra salt.
- 3
Chop tomato and cucumber. Mix tomato, cucumber and parsley with the chick peas and tuna. Add the parsley and mix.
- 4
Drain the onions and add on top of the salad. You can add pepper or chilli for heat.
