Ingredients

  1. 1 cupwheat daliya
  2. 1 cupfrench beans
  3. 2tomatoes
  4. 1/2 tspginger paste
  5. 1/2 tspgarlic paste
  6. 1 tspcumin seeds
  7. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  8. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  9. as tasteSalt
  10. 2green chillies
  11. 2 tspoil
  12. 1.5 cupwater

Cooking Instructions

    First wash and soaked daliya for 15-20 minute. Meanwhile washed and chopped the beans and tomatoes and green Chilli.

    In a pressure cooker add oil heat it then add cumin seeds when it crackle add beans and saute 2 minutes.then add ginger garlic paste and saute one minute.now add tomatoes and green chillies.

    Add powder spices along with salt cook it 2-3 minutes on medium flame.then add soaked daliya.add water mix well and cover it.cook for 3 whistle.turn off the flame.

    Release the pressure naturally then open it stir and the beans daliya khichdi is ready serve hot.
