Ingredients

4 to 5 people
  1. 3 cupswheat flour
  2. 1 tspsalt,
  3. 1tsp soda,
  4. 1tsp baking powder,
  5. 1tsp sugar
  6. 1 tbspoil,
  7. as required water for making dough

Cooking Instructions

    Add all dry ingredients and make a dough. Add oil and knead well and make like a ball n roll it inside. Cover and set for 1 hour.

    After 1 hour knead the dough gently. Then take a ball size dough and roll to a thick roti. Apply water on it.

    Take a thick pan, better Iron Tawa place the roti wt water on to tawa and press well. Heat for 2 to 3 min till you c the colour changes then flip the tawa and heat for another 2 min. Check if roti is done or not.

    Apply butter on both sides. and continue the same process for all rotis

    Serve with any paneer curry..
