Methi sabzi bajri roti and peanut chutney
Cooking Instructions

Clean methi with stem and wash it with water.in a kadai add oil and ginger garlic paste cook until light brown than add methi let it stay for few minutes than mix it now add all spices salt and tomato puree and mix well

Let it cook for 5 to 10 minutes than add crushed roasted peanuts cover it and let it cook for 5 minutes

As sabzi is ready serve hot with bajri roti and peanut chutney and enjoy.
