Ingredients

5 min
2 glasses
  1. 1big banana fully ripe (almost over ripe)
  2. 7-8small size dates
  3. 5cashew
  4. 200 mlmilk

Cooking Instructions

    Soak cashew and washed dates in about 50ml warm milk for 10 min. You can replace milk with water too. I used seedless dates. If your dates have seeds, remove them.

    Grind the dates and the cashew into smooth paste. Add more milk if required for the smooth paste. But be warned that a lot of liquid will not help in grinding smoothly.

    Remove the skin of the banana and add it in the mixer. Grind it to a smooth paste once again.

  4. 4

    Add milk as required to adjust the thickness of the smoothie. I prefer slightly thick that can be sipped easily with a straw or without.
