Braided Bread with Rounds Braided Bread with Rounds
The bread came out so very soft and fluffy. The rounds were so good but the bottom of them turned hard on the second day, but the bread was perfect. I had my rounds on the bottom rack of the oven which is gas. I am thinking they may have gotten too hot. We have 2 racks in the oven. The granddaughters wouldn't stop eating the braided bread. skunkmonkey101 -

Easy Carrot Bread in a Bread Maker Easy Carrot Bread in a Bread Maker
I created this recipe to help kids get their vegetables. I modified the recipe several times, and finally I succeeded in making fluffy bread.Since I use carrots with the skins, there's hardly any waste. It's an environmentally conscious bread. When you are using carrots with the skins on, use the freshest available.I use National's bread maker [SD-BH10].When you are cutting the bread, wait until it's completely cooled so that it won't fall apart. Eggless Round Cinnamon Swirl Bread Eggless Round Cinnamon Swirl Bread
I wanted to make soft cinnamon bread without eggs, and came up with this recipe after adjusting the baking time and the ratio of the ingredients many times. I'm pleased to say that my children also love this fluffy bread! It's really good plain too, without the cinnamon! Perfect for sandwiches!Be careful not to let it over-rise in the second rising, or it will leak out of the pan when baking. Preheat the oven, paying attention to the rising time of the bread. This bread is wonderful plain, with nothing rolled up inside! It's even better made into sandwiches! Please remember to close the seams very well. Recipe by Toiroiro cookpad.japan -
Fluffy Chewy Soft Bread Fluffy Chewy Soft Bread
I created this recipe because I wanted to make very light and chewy bread.I think this bread is softer than baby's bum! This recipe is too easy so there are no special tips, but please handle the bread gently since freshly baked ones are very tender. If you are eating these the day after they're baked, microwave them and they'll become light and fluffy again! Always Soft Basic Bread Dough Always Soft Basic Bread Dough
I took my usual sandwich bread recipe and shaped the dough. You can also use 180 g of strong flour and 20 g of cake flour. It so soft, it almost melts in your mouth when you have it just out of the oven (the white bread is especially soft). For the amount of sugar, use 10 g if the bread is a savory bread, and 20 g if making a sweet bread.During the fermentation process the dough will dry out in the bread case, so make sure to turn the dough over while removing any excess gas. After the first rise, it should weigh about 390 g.
