Ingredients

10-15 minutes
1 serving
  1. 1Ripe mango
  2. 1/4 cupPlain Yoghurt/ Curd
  3. 1/4 cupOats
  4. 5Almonds or any nuts of your choice
  5. 2 tbspor as per taste honey (optional)
  6. LeavesFew Mint
  7. Ice cubes (few)
  8. 1/4-1/2 CupWater
  9. For Topping-
  10. As required Sunflower seeds
  11. As required Pumpkin seeds
  12. As Required Any other Seeds and Nuts of your choice
  13. Few Mint leaves (Optional)

Cooking Instructions

10-15 minutes
  1. 1

    Soak the oats overnight with about 1/ 2 cup water, wash and put in the almonds also in it or soak the almonds separately. Keep the oats in the fridge.

  2. 2

    De-skin the almonds and put everything in the blender except water and blend. Check the consistency of the smoothie and add water as required and blend. Your Smoothie is ready. Top it with seeds and mint leaves.

    Drizzle with more honey if you like.
    Serve Fresh !!!!
