Ingredients

  1. As required Red, green capsicums
  2. as requiredBroccoli
  3. 1/2 cupGrated paneer
  4. as neededOlive oil
  5. 1 tspblack pepper powder
  6. 1/4 tspred chili flakes
  7. as requiredItalian seasoning/pizza seasoning

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and Cut broccoli florets. In a bowl add broccoli, olive oil, salt, red chili 🌶 flakes, and black pepper powder. Mix nicely and keep it for 10min aside. Grate paneer, add Italian seasoning salt and black pepper powder. Add yellow chili chopped. Mix.

    Cut capsicum in a round shape.put it a baking tray drizzle few drops of olive oil. Fill the capsicum rings with paneer and bake it in preheated oven for15min.

    Once capsicums are done bake broccoli for 15-20min. If florets are little bit hard, it will take 5min extra in cooking.Baked capsicum with paneer and broccoli is ready to serve.
