Broccoli is rich in nutrients and also helps with weight loss. Today, I made broccoli soup with almonds, which is both delicious and healthy.

Broccoli is rich in nutrients and also helps with weight loss. Today, I made broccoli soup with almonds, which is both delicious and healthy.
Cooking Instructions

First, clean the broccoli thoroughly and boil it in water for 3-4 minutes, then remove it. (Do not discard the water; use it in the soup.)

Peel the almonds. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and almonds, and sauté. Now add the boiled broccoli and sauté for 1 minute.

Add the broccoli water and boil for 5-7 minutes. Once cooled, blend it in a mixer. (You can strain it if you prefer, but I used it as is.) Pour it back into the pan, bring to a boil, and mix in black pepper powder, garam masala, and salt.

Finally, add fresh cream and turn off the heat. Serve in a bowl, garnished with a little fresh cream and cilantro.
