Ingredients

  1. 3 tablespoonsCorn Flour
  2. As requiredwater
  3. 250 gmscheese /cottage cheese cubes
  4. As requiredBlack pepper
  5. as per taste Salt
  6. As required Oil for fry
  7. As RequiredGarlic as in large quantity 1 bunch of garlic chopped
  8. 4-5onion diced
  9. 1 tablespoongreen chilli chopped
  10. 1 tablespoonvinegar white
  11. 3 tablespoonsKetchup
  12. 2 tablespoonssoya sauce
  13. As required Spring onion for garnishing either coriander
  14. 1/4 cupwater for corn flour slurry
  15. 2capsicum
  16. 1 tablespoonginger chopped
  17. 2 tablespoonsspring onion for garnishing
  18. Half spoon honey
  19. 1 tablespoonChilli flakes

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the cheese dices and put the flour, cornflour salt, and black pepper on it then fry.

    Cut the onion on this way and capsicum dis way.

    Take 1 tablespoon oil and garlic and ginger together to make them slightly sorting.

    Then mix onion /capsicum /green chilli together sorting 2 mint.

    Mix all sauces and honey and salt black pepper chilli flaxes mix together.

    Mix all the sauces together.

    Make the flour slurry with soya sauce.

    Flour slurry mix with it.

  9. 9

    Then boil for 5 minutes and ready to eat.

    Now cheese chilli is ready to eat and enjoy your chilli just try once you will love it. I dont have spring onion for garnishing I put coriander on it for garnishing.
