Chilli Paneer Restaurant Style

Chop spring onion, tricolour capsicum and keep aside. Mix cornflour, maida,red garlic Chutney, salt and needed water to make thick slurry to marinate paneer cubes.

Add paneer cubes in marinade slurry and keep aside Meanwhile mix gravy ingredients in a bowl mentioned above.

Keep gravy mixture ready.

Heat oil in kadai and deep fry marinated paneer cubes. Heat oil in a pan add crushed ginger garlic & Saute for a while.

Add chopped onion, tricolor capsicum and saute till aroma releases keep it crunchy do not overcook, add fried paneer mix well and mixed gravy mixture and cook till coats very well. Chopped spring onion mix well.
