Ingredients

5 servings
  1. 2 tspDry yeast
  2. 3and 1/2 tablespoons Sugar
  3. 400 gramsStrong bread flour
  4. 1 tspSalt
  5. 40 gramsMargarine (or butter)
  6. 240 mlWater
  7. 1/2Egg (for the finish)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Put the ingredients in your bread maker in order. Complete the first rising.

  2. 2

    Separate into 50 g pieces.

  3. 3

    Make into nice round shapes.

  4. 4

Cover with a damp cloth and let sit for 10 minutes.

  5. 5

Make into shapes (this time I made round rolls and mini loaves) and complete the second rising in the oven at 35℃ for 35 to 40 minutes.

  6. 6

Put the egg through a strainer and set aside.

  7. 7

Use a brush to apply the egg, and bake in the oven at 200℃ for 15 to 20 minutes.

  8. 8

Allow to cool on a grate, and they're complete.

  9. 9

I added lettuce and a beef patty to make a simple hamburger.

  10. 10

Top: Lettuce and a wiener sausage for a hot dog. Bottom: I mixed margarine, sugar, and condensed milk together and sandwiched it to give it a milky French bread style.

  11. 11
  12. 12

    Various animal rolls.
