Ingredients

  1. 100 gmPaneer
  2. 1 cupchopped bell peppers
  3. 1chopped Onion
  4. 1chopped n deseeded tomato
  5. 1 pcchopped Ginger
  6. 4-5green chilli
  7. 10-12chopped Garlic cloves
  8. 2 tbspOlive oil
  9. 1 tbspSoya sauce
  10. 1 tbspred chilli sauce
  11. 1/2 tbspTomato ketchup
  12. as per tastesalt
  13. 1 tspblack pepper powder

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly chop the onion, bell peppers & tomatoes.

    Heat Oil & add ginger, garlic & chillies. cook it for a minute.

  3. 3

    Add onion n sauté it for a minute.

  4. 4

    Then add bell peppers n stir fry.

  5. 5

    Add salt, blend pepper powder & all the sauces to it.

  6. 6

    Mix n cook well. then add diced paneer cubes & mix again.

  7. 7

    Serve when it is hot.Gatnish with coriander leaf.
