  1. 100 GMsWater spinach
  2. 100 GMsPonangane spinach
  3. 50 GMsBhringarajam(karisalai)
  4. 2 tsp moong dal
  5. 2shallots
  6. 4 clovesgarlic
  7. 1 tsp pepper crushed
  8. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the spinach and boile it along with moong dal, onion and garlic

    Once boiled well smash it well or grind 90% then add water, pepper and salt... allow it boil for 5 in low flames
