Sweet Soy Sauce Minced Pork
#mycookbookI am a porridge ‘super’ big fan since I was a kid. My mom always cooked me plain porridge with different kinds of side dishes at least 2-3 times a month. This Sweet Soy Sauce Minced Pork is one of the ‘must’ menus every time she made porridge. It doesn’t use a lot of various ingredients but it’s very flavorful 😋😋😋 If you like my recipes, please follow my Instagram @jenscookingdiary for the Indonesian recipes or @jenscookdineandtravel for the English recipes 🙏🏻😊😘

Pork with Mushroom Soy Milk Sauce
Grated ginger in the sauce will make people who don't like soy milk forget that there's soy milk in it. This is a great way to enjoy meat with a rich mushroom sauce. You can use meat intended for making sliced ginger pork, or any cut of pork.I added sugar to make this sauce richer, but it still tastes good without any sugar. If you don't like soy milk, add a generous amount of ginger, or use double cream instead!I also recommend using a generous amount of ginger for those who are on a diet. New Potatoes and Pork Stir Fry with Butter and Soy Sauce
I think the new potatoes grown here on Tokunoshima Island called Haru Ichiban (First of the Spring) are the best you can get. On the island, we receive these potatoes as gifts from several places in the spring, so I thought up this recipe in order to enjoy them.By coating the pork with katakuriko before stir frying it, it becomes amazingly tender and juicy. You can peel the new potatoes if you like...but no! You should eat them with the skins on!! Butter and garlic tend to burn easily, so even if it's a bother please turn the heat off before adding them. For 2 to 3 servings. Recipe by Tokunoshima yori
