Pork and Asparagus Tossed in Egg Yolk and Soy Sauce

I thought about creating a recipe using familiar ingredients that are easy to cook. I arranged those ingredients with a soy sauce dressing.
Let the asparagus and pork rest for a bit to make sure they are thoroughly drained before adding the dressing. For 2-4 servings. Recipe by caramel-cookie

Asparagus and Potatoes Sautéed in Butter and Soy Sauce Asparagus and Potatoes Sautéed in Butter and Soy Sauce
I received a lot of Hokkaido-grown asparagus, so I fried them together with Hokkaido potatoes! Inspired by the taste of buttered potatoes, I came up with the idea to make a simple butter and soy sauce sauté.The key is not to burn the potatoes or onions! Carefully watch while cooking. Frying in olive oil is the healthiest. Butter is added after frying to maintain its flavor. The combination of the sweetness of onions brings out the sweetness of the asparagus. Pork with Mushroom Soy Milk Sauce Pork with Mushroom Soy Milk Sauce
Grated ginger in the sauce will make people who don't like soy milk forget that there's soy milk in it. This is a great way to enjoy meat with a rich mushroom sauce. You can use meat intended for making sliced ginger pork, or any cut of pork.I added sugar to make this sauce richer, but it still tastes good without any sugar. If you don't like soy milk, add a generous amount of ginger, or use double cream instead!I also recommend using a generous amount of ginger for those who are on a diet.
