Ingredients

  1. 200 grampaneer, cubed and roaste
  2. 1.5 cupveggies like carrot,
  3. as required green bell pepper, green
  4. As Requiredpeas, onions
  5. 2.5 TbspOnion, garlic, ginger paste
  6. 1green chili chopped
  7. 2large tomatoes pureed
  8. 2 Tbspcooking oil
  9. 1 tspcumin seeds
  10. 1.5 tspcoriander powder
  11. 1 tspcumin powder
  12. 1 tspred chili powder
  13. 1/4 tspturmeric powde
  14. as per taste Salt
  15. 1/4 cupwhisked fresh curd
  16. 1/3 tspsugar
  17. 1 Tbspcrushed kasoori methi
  18. 1 tspgaram masala powder
  19. 1 cupwater

Cooking Instructions

    In a microwave safe pot take chopped veggies along with onion flakes and 3 drops of oil. Mix well and microwave for 4 minutes. Set aside.

    Heat oil, add a pinch of turmeric powder and salt, shallow fry the paneer cubes on low flame. Keep aside on a plate.

    Now add cumin seeds to oil and allow to splutter. Mix onion masala and saute till oil separate.

    Add tomatoes puree, red chilli powder, coriander powder and cumin powder. Saute till masala come together and aromatic.

    Slow down the flame and add curd, sugar and salt. Saute continuously till oil separated.

    Here now mix garam masala powder and crushed kasoori methi, boiled vegetables. Saute for another w minutes on low flame.

    Add a cup of water and bring to boil. Pour the fried paneer cubes, cover and cook for a minute.

    Now the Paneer With Veggies curry is ready to serve after garnish with chopped coriander.
