Cooking Instructions

Heat oil in pan add cumin seeds add onions saute add ginger garlic green chilli cooked until onion become soft and light pink in colour.

Add tometoes cook until soften. Let the mixture cool down. Transfer it in blender jar make smooth puree

Heat remaining oil in same pan once hot add prepared puree and let it simmer. Do stir continuesly cook until become thick

Mix all dry spices -red chilli powder dry Coriander powder salt turmericpowder mix well and saute well

Add water (depend on curry contency) Let it simmer for 5min. Now add paneer cubes and boiled green peas.

Simmer for 2min. add kasoori methi (crushed before add) add malai /cream. Let it simmer for 1-2 min. Add some chopped green coriander leaves chopped. Turn off flame.

Serve hot with chappati naan kulcha slice rice.
