Ingredients

  1. 1/4 kgMutton (chopstick)
  2. 1/4 kgMutton kheema
  3. 3 tspGinger garlic paste
  4. 4Onion chopped
  5. 2Tomato chopped
  6. 1 & 1/2 tspGaram masala powder
  7. 1 tbspRed chilli powder
  8. 1 tspCoriander powder
  9. 1/4 cupCurd
  10. as per tasteSalt
  11. 4 tbspOil
  12. leavesCoriander

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in a pressure cooker add bay leaves, mutton saute well on high flame add mutton kheema too & saute well

    Add ginger garlic paste mix well, garam masala powder still saute in high flame

  3. 3

    Now add onion,tomatoes cook well till tomato become smashy. Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, Salt saute it & than add curd mix well

    Add a cup of water cover the lid & cook on medium flame till 4 whistle. Garnish with coriander leaves & serve hot
