An absolutely delicious smoothie with all the goodness of milk, dates and bananas which can be a delightful treat to family and guests on the colourful day of HOLI.
Cooking Instructions

Soak chopped dates in 1/4 cup milk for 1 hour and Assemble all ingredients.

In mixer grinder add chopped bananas + soaked dates along with milk + 1/2 cup milk and blend all into a smooth paste.

Now add honey + cardamom powder + remaining milk and blend well.

Add more milk as per desired consistency.
Smoothie is ready. - 5
Serve into individual glasses / cups and enjoy.

Garnish with dry fruits of your choice and enjoy.
