Ingredients

8-10 minutes
2 servings
  1. 2ripe Banana
  2. 1 cupchilled Milk
  3. 3-4 tbspHoney
  4. 7-8Dates
  5. 1/2 tspCardamom powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Soak chopped dates in 1/4 cup milk for 1 hour and Assemble all ingredients.

    In mixer grinder add chopped bananas + soaked dates along with milk + 1/2 cup milk and blend all into a smooth paste.

    Now add honey + cardamom powder + remaining milk and blend well.

  4. 4

    Add more milk as per desired consistency.
    Smoothie is ready.

    Serve into individual glasses / cups and enjoy.

    Garnish with dry fruits of your choice and enjoy.
