  1. 1 bowlcooked rice
  2. 5kokum pieaces (soak in Lukewarm water)
  3. For tadka
  4. 1/2 tsp mustard seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Soak Kokum in Lukewarm water for 1/2 an hrs...

    Heat oil in a pan.Add few curry patta, 1/2 tsp mustard seeds, and 2 slit green chilli.fry for few seconds.then add washed chana dal, 2 dry red chillies fry for few minutes.Once it is done...

    Then add Kokum water.and.Mix.it well...

    Then add cooked rice and salt as needed. Mix it properly. Then add fried ground nuts...

    Mix.it well and cook for 2 minutes.Once it is done...

  6. 6

    Transfer to a serving plate.Garnish with fried dry red chillies.Ready to serve.hot.Kokum Pulihara
