Vadapav is the famous street food of Mumbai. Mouth watering as soon as you hear the name of Vadapav. The spicy and savory taste of Garlic based Vadapav is very much liked by everyone. Especially in the monsoon season, you can have a good time with hot tea.
Cooking Instructions

First wash and boil the potatoes, peel ed off and smash them well. Now, add ginger, chilli, garlic in a mixer jar and crush it well.

Then, heat oil in a pan, add cumin first, then add hing, turmeric, garam masala, curry leaves and ginger-chili-garlic paste and mix it well.

Now, add smashed potatoes, coriander and lemon juice in it, mix well and turn off the gas flame. Once the spice cools down, make round balls (vada) and press it lightly.

Now to make Batter, add add besan, ajwain, hing, cumin powder, soda, salt and water as required in a pan and mix it well. Batter is ready.

Then, heat sufficient oil for frying Vada. Once the oil is hot, dip all the balls (vada) in the batter and fry well. Vada is ready now.

After that also make the small bundies from the remaining batter.

Now, cut the Pav from middle and apply dry chutney on one side and green chutney on the other side. Then place the prepared Vada in middle of both layers and serve it with, fried chilli and besan bundies.

So, VadaPav is ready. Enjoy it with Hot Tea.
