Ingredients

  1. 250 gramchenna/paneer grated
  2. 200 mlmilk
  3. 2 TbspSugar
  4. 2 Tspghee
  5. 2-3Cashew nut chopped
  6. 3-4Almonds
  7. as requiredKismis to garnish
  8. 1 pinchsalt
  9. 1 pinchblack pepper powder
  10. 1/2 Tspcardamom powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    To the grated chhena add milk and cook on medium flame.

    Add ghee and sugar. Mix chopped dry fruits, salt, black pepper powder and cardamom powder. Mix well.

    Set on a butter paper. Bring to cool down to normal temperature.

  4. 4

    Keep in the refrigerator for an hour to set properly.

  5. 5

    Cut into pieces, garnish with kismis and serve the delicious Kalakand.
