  1. 4 spoonall-purpose flour
  2. 1 spooncurd
  3. as per requirement water
  4. as required oil for frying
  5. 1 cupwater for syrup
  6. 1 cupSugar
  7. 1 spoonCardamom powder
  8. as required food color

    Add curd to the flour and make a thick batter with water.

    Now in another pan, take water, sugar, cardamom powder. Heat the syrup till you feel it sticky between fingers.

    Now transfer the earlier prepared batter into a bottle and keep aside. Heat the oil and draw jalebis on medium flame. Transfer the jalebi to the syrup immediately after they turn golden brown.

    Wait for 2 minutes and let the jalebis absorb the syrup.
    Now strain and serve hot enjoy!!!!!!!
