  1. 1 cupmaida,
  2. 1.5 tspbaking powder,
  3. 1/4 tspbaking soda,
  4. Pinchsalt,
  5. 1/2 cupcocoa powder,
  6. 4eggs,
  7. 1 cuppowdered sugar,
  8. 3/4 cupvegetable oil,
  9. 1.5 tspvanilla essence,

    Take a mixing bowl,place a sieve over it. Add maida baking powder, baking soda, salt & cocoa powder. Sift it, mix it well. Keep aside.

    Crack eggs into another mixing bowl, beat it on low speed for a minute. (Using electric beater).

    Add sugar in 3 batches, beat it until frothy. In goes oil & Vanilla essence, beat it for a minute. Now add maida mix in 3 batches, mix it gently.

    Grease a baking tray, transfer the batter. Pat it.

    Pre heat the oven on 180 degree Celsius for 10 minutes. Place the baking tray into the oven.

    Bake it for 35 minutes. Open the oven, insert a knife into the cake, if it comes out clean, cake is ready. Turn off the oven, take out the cake after 5 minutes.

    Transfer the cake into a dish. Cut into your desired shape.
