Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsboiled rice
  2. 1lemon squeezed
  3. 1 table spoonchana dal
  4. Handfulpeanuts
  5. 1 table spoonmustard and cumin seeds
  6. Handfulcurry leaves
  7. as per requirementSalt to taste
  8. 1/4 table spoonturmeric
  9. 2green chilli
  10. 1red chilli
  11. 3-4 tbsp oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take a pan and keep it on the stove. Once the pan heats add oil. once the oil heats add mustard and cumin seeds. Once the mustard and cumin seeds crackle add green chilli, red chilli, curry leaves.

    Keep the stove in low flame, then add chennadal, peanuts, turmeric, salt.once they become brown add lemon juice.

    Mix it well. Turn off the stove. Then add boiled rice into it. Mix well. Enjoy the recipe with pickle or curd.
