Cooking Instructions

Firstly remove the florets of broccoli, wash them nicely keep them aside..boil water in a pot with little salt add broccoli and boil for 2 minutes

Make a marinade of hung curd, cream cheese, cream, ginger garlic paste, pepper powder, salt, cornflour, lemon juice &chopped coriander leaves

Whisk everything to make a smooth mixture of marinade, add broccoli to it, coat one by one with marinade..let it rest for 30 minutes

Now grease a pan with little butter, place broccoli florets one by one.flip it to another side when one side is done.
when another side is too done..take it out & enjoy it with the dip of your choice..you can also make this dish in an air fryer /oven.
