Cooking Instructions

Assemble ingredients

In moderately heated pan / wok, add oil + butter and allow medium heat then add ginger + garlic and sauté for a few seconds and then add spring onion white and sauté for around 1 minute.

Add Beans + baby Corn + green chilli + little salt and sauté for 2-3 minutes under low to medium flame.

Add spring onion greens and sauté for few seconds and add water and bring to boil.

Boil under high flame for 3 minutes.
Keep the corn flour slurry ready. - 6
Add pepper powder and stir well.

Add corn flour slurry and bring to boil. Boil for 3-4 minutes and it is ready.

Soup is done.

Take bread slices, make a mixture of butter + finely chopped garlic and spread the mixture on bread slice and toast it.

Serve the soup with garlic bread and enjoy winters.
