Ingredients

  1. 100 gmspaneer cut in pieces & fried
  2. 1 1/2 cupfresh green peas
  3. 3 tbspoil
  4. 1 tbspdhania powder
  5. 1 tspred chilli powder
  6. 1/2 tspkitchen king masala
  7. 1/4 tspamchur powder
  8. 1/2 tspcrushed kasuri methi
  9. 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  10. For onion & tomato paste
  11. 2onions chopped
  12. 3tomatoes chopped
  13. 2 tspginger grated
  14. 2-3 cloves(laung)
  15. 2black cardamom
  16. 1 tspjeera
  17. as per tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Grind all the ingredients of the paste in a mixer in to a smooth paste

    Heat oil in a kadai add the onion tomato paste and cook on high flame covered for few mins. Then open the lid and cook till it thickens. Then add dhania powder, red chilli powder and kitchen king masala mix it well then add amchur powder and mix well

    After stir frying the masala add 2 cups of hot water,then add crushed kasoori methi,salt and garam masala powder. Cover and cook for a few mins on medium flame. Add the peas cover and cook till peas are done. Then add the fried paneer pieces and coriander leaves. Cover and Simmer for few mins. Serve with roti,bread or rice
