Avacado(butterfruit) Pista Lassi Avacado(butterfruit) Pista Lassi
Lassi is a typical Indian shake that can be either sweet or salty. This is another recipe I came up with for our summer that is just around the corner. Avocados often referred to as butter fruits, is a super fruit which is known for its creaminess and numerous health benefits associated with it... It tends to be made with thick creamy yogurt, but I find that the avocado makes it creamy enough, so I use a mix of low-fat yogurt and soy milk. What's more, the yogurt/milk mix provides good amounts of calcium and protein ShobanaVijay -
