Ingredients

  1. 2ripe kesar mangoes
  2. 1 ckesar mango pulp
  3. 4 cupsyogurt
  4. 6 cupswater
  5. 2 inchesginger, peeled, chopped
  6. 2 tbspsugar, optional
  7. 10cardamom pods
  8. 1 Tspnutmeg powder
  9. 1 tsplicorice powder
  10. drink

Cooking Instructions

    Collect the necessary items. Place near the cooking area

    Peel mangoes, cut into small cubes.
    Place mango pieces, pulp, yogurt, ginger, and cardamom in a blender. Make a smooth creamy lassi/. Transfer the lassi to a jar, Add water or ice if thick.
    I did not add sugar. If you have a sweet tooth, you can add required amount of sugar to the lassi

    Using a small grater, grate nutmeg, and licorice over lassi. Refrigerate

    Pour 2 c of lassi into glass tumblers

    Chill before serving. Garnish with a mint sprig. Enjoy the nutritious spicy flavorful lassi. Very refreshing on dog days of Indian summer
