This karonda pickle testes very good and can be taken with you whenever you go for picnic.
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Wash and dry the karonda and cut it into two halves and remove the seeds.
Now add oil to the pan, and mustard cumin seeds and Fenugreek seeds to it add asafoetida, add jaggery and sugar to it, stir and mix,add one cup of hot water to it. - 2
Add all the spspice to it, and keep stirring until it becomes a syrup.
so this is how the sour and sweet pickle of your karonda is poured. - 3
