Ingredients

  1. 🌌 materials required
  2. 250 gramskaronda
  3. 150 gramssugar
  4. 150 gramsjaggery
  5. 1 teaspoonraisins
  6. 🌌 materials required for construction
  7. 2 spoonsoil
  8. 1 teaspoonmustard
  9. 1 teaspooncumin seeds
  10. 1/2 tspasafoetida
  11. 🌌 spices
  12. 1 teaspoonkashmiri chilli powder
  13. 1 teaspoonturmeric
  14. 1 teaspoongaram masala
  15. 1 teaspoondried cumin powder
  16. 1 teaspooncrushed fennel
  17. 1 teaspoonblack salt
  18. Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash and dry the karonda and cut it into two halves and remove the seeds.
    Now add oil to the pan, and mustard cumin seeds and Fenugreek seeds to it add asafoetida, add jaggery and sugar to it, stir and mix,add one cup of hot water to it.

    Add all the spspice to it, and keep stirring until it becomes a syrup.
    so this is how the sour and sweet pickle of your karonda is poured.
