  1. 250 gsunflower seeds powdered
  2. 4 tbsprefined wheat flour
  3. 1/2 tspsalt
  4. 2 tbspoil
  5. Hot water for kneading the dough
  6. For the salad
  7. 1/2carrot grated
  8. 1tomato chopped
  9. 1cucumber chopped
  10. 1/2beet grated
  11. 1/2 tspsalt
  12. 1/2 tsppepper powder
  13. 1/2 tspred chilli sauce
  14. For serving
  15. 1 tbspmayonnaise
  16. 1 tbspgreen chutney
  17. 1 tbsptomato ketchup

Cooking Instructions

    Grind the sunflower seeds into powder. Now add salt, oil and refined wheat flour. Mix well. Using hot water knead a chapati like dough

    Roll out the chapatis and cook on low flame. Grease with oil or butter.

    Mix all the ingredients in salad section.

  4. 4

    Now for serving, apply mayonnaise, put salad in between, add chutney, sauce and warm it on gas.

    Serve healthy open veg wraps
