Week 8 challenge ingredient: ground beef
She used to eat so many fast foods outside until met me. I make healthier food almost everyday and one day she said she missed burger with beef so bad so I made one for her as dinner

Make the buns first. Put all the buns’ ingredients except butter and dressing stuff then mix them well. Then put the butter in the dough then knead it until mixed well

Cover the dough to keep the humidity and put it in the room temperature for around one hour, depends on when the dough’s size turn to double

By the time waiting for the dough, we can start making the burger steaks. Mix all the burger steaks’ ingredients well then separate them into 8 servings.

One hour later, separate the dough into 4 round balls and keep covering them and put in room temperature for 30-40 minutes until double sized. When the dough almost ready, we can preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

30-40 minutes later, we can use the dressing egg liquid spread on the top of the buns then put some dressing white sesame seeds. And we can put the buns into the oven and say see you 20 minutes later

While baking, we can use some butter to cook the onions until golden brown

When the buns are done, just combine all the parts and enjoy it😎
