Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsemolina
  2. Some cashew nuts
  3. 4curry leaves
  4. Tomato sauce
  5. 1chopped capsicum
  6. 1 tspmustard seeds
  7. Hing
  8. 2 spoonghee
  9. 1/3 TSPTurmeric powder
  10. 1/3 tspchilli powder
  11. 1 bowlmixed left over dal
  12. salt as per taste
  13. Water as per need

Cooking Instructions

    First roast one cup semolina, some dry fruits,four curry leaves and keep aside.

    Then heat the kadhai or pan.

  3. 3

    Then add one spoon ghee,then hing and mustard seeds.

  4. 4

    Then tomato sauce as per your taste. Mix well.

  5. 5

    Then add chopped capsicum, chilli and tomato. Add ginger garlic paste,chilli, chilli powder and turmeric powder,salt.

    When Vegetable soft. Add roasted semolina and roast two minutes.

    Then add rest over mixed dal.Mix every thing nicely. Then add water. cover the lid for six,seven minutes.

    Then open the lid and sprinkle the ghee and mix it and roast one minute then turn off the gas.

    Serve hot or pack it in a tiffin box.
