  1. 5paan patta
  2. 1/4 cupalmond
  3. 1/4 cupcashew
  4. 1/4 cupsunflower seeds
  5. 1/4 cupdessicated coconut
  6. 1/4 cupgulkand
  7. 5-6dates

    Heat pan on slow flame. Roast almond, cashew nuts, sunflower seeds dessicated coconut for 1-2 mnts

    Remove from fire. Let them cool.

    Cut paan patta grind the patta now add roasted nuts grind coarsely

  4. 4

    Now add dates and gulkand grind little.

  5. 5

    Remove the mixture in plate.

  6. 6

    Take small portion and make ball.

  7. 7

    Serve any time.
