Grate lauki
Don’t squeeze the water - 2
Take all the ingredients except sesame seeds in a bowl and bind like a dough.

If you find lauki more juicy add little more flour
Try avoiding water - 4
Heat a non stick pan
Take little portion from the dough
Make ball on palms or on plastic sheet - 5
Sprinkle sesame seeds on it
Now place thalipeeth on the hot pan
Make a hole in the center- this will help in cooking properly from the middle - 6
Cook on low flame
Putting little oil on the edges
Which will help in cooking
Flip it over and let it cook on the other side - 7
Take it out in a plate when it's Cooked well and is crispy.

Serve with tomato chutney or ketchup.
