Ingredients

  1. 1 cupgrated Doodhi/ lauki
  2. 1/2 cuprice powder
  3. 1/4 cupboiled chana daal
  4. to tastesalt
  5. 1 tbspblack pepper powder
  6. 2 tbspcoriander leaves chopped
  7. 1 tbspsesame seeds
  8. 2 tbspOil for tawa frying

Cooking Instructions

    Grate lauki
    Don’t squeeze the water

  2. 2

    Take all the ingredients except sesame seeds in a bowl and bind like a dough.

    If you find lauki more juicy add little more flour
    Try avoiding water

    Heat a non stick pan

    Take little portion from the dough
    Make ball on palms or on plastic sheet

  5. 5

    Sprinkle sesame seeds on it
    Now place thalipeeth on the hot pan
    Make a hole in the center- this will help in cooking properly from the middle

    Cook on low flame
    Putting little oil on the edges
    Which will help in cooking
    Flip it over and let it cook on the other side

  7. 7

    Take it out in a plate when it's Cooked well and is crispy.

  8. 8

    Serve with tomato chutney or ketchup.
