  1. 3 cupshredded cabbage
  2. 1 cuppeas
  3. 1 cupsmall diced carrot
  4. 3 tbspmustard oil
  5. 1/4 tspmethi dana
  6. 1/2 cupsliced onion
  7. 6 pcslitted green chilli
  8. 1 tspgrated ginger
  9. 1 tspcrushed garlic
  10. 1 tspsalt
  11. 1/2 tsphaldi powder
  12. 2 tspdhania powder
  13. 1/2 cupchopped dhania patta

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the veggies separately, keep aside.

    Take a wok, add oil, heat it. Add methi dana, let it splutter.

  3. 3

    In goes onion & green chilli, stir fry it until light brown. Add carrot, mix it well.

    Now add ginger garlic, stir fry it for a minute.

  5. 5

    In goes peas, mix it well. Add in salt & haldi powder, stir fry it for a minute.

    Now add cabbage & dhania powder, mix it well. Stir fry it for a minute.

  7. 7

    Lower the flame, cover it with the lid, cook it until almost cooked. Stir in between.

    Open the lid, add dhania patta, mix it well. Stir fry it on high flame for a minute.

  9. 9

    Turn off the flame, cover it again for a minute. Open the lid. Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with dhania leaf...
