Cooking Instructions

Take1 cup millet flour1/2 cup Ragi flour1/2 rice flour 1 cup wheat flour to make dough add flour and salt carom seeds in a mixing bowl and add water gradually as required to knead a semi soft dough

Knead it until smooth and soft. Further add ghee and knead until oil gets in corporared rest for 15 minutes

After 15 minutes knead well take big size of ball from dough and coat it with dry flour place it on a platform and Roll It Out into a thin chapati using a rolling pin spread from some melted ghee on chapati from one end the other spread wheat flour masala and kasuri methi on it then make second chapati spread melted ghee wheat flour and spread masala and spread sesame seeds on it.

Then fold the chapati while making the pleats roll the dough and tuck inward to seal properly from a layer doughball.

Set a tawa over high heat and heat it well then place the rolled paratha on the tawa and cook and cook until brown spots start to appear cook from other side. Once there are even brown spots on both sides then add ghee as required and cook the paratha until golden brown from both sides. Then our masala Lacha Paratha is ready transfer it in a serving plate and serve Parotta with green chuney and enjoy!!!
