Sabudana khichdi

#mh sabudana khichdi is used to eat in fasting.today we are going to make in Maharashtrian style. In Maharashtra some places are using coriander curry leaves cumin seeds in sabudana khichdi but some places people are not using all these ingredients so these ingredients are optional but after using these ingredients it gives nice taste.

Cooking Instructions

Keep PAN on Medium flame. Add curry leaves cumin seeds and chopped green chillies. Soute for 2 minutes then add chopped boiled potato pieces and roast it for 2 minutes

Then add over night socked sabudana add crushed peanut powder and salt as per taste mix it well.stir it simultaneously and chopped coriander sugar and lemon juice in it

After 7 to 8 minutes our sabudana khichdi is ready keep low flame and keep lead on pan and for two three minutes keep on low flame then of the flame sarv sabudana khichdi with curd aur milk or with potato fasting vegetable vegetable
