Sabudana khichdi

Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsabudana(sago)
  2. 1 cupchopped potatoes
  3. as per tatsesendha salt
  4. 1 tablespoonoil
  5. 1 teaspoonjeera / cumin
  6. 1 cuppeanuts
  7. 2 tablespooncoriander chopped
  8. 2medium size green chilli chopped

    First of all you have to soak the sabudana for at least one hour in the normal water and then check it after 1 to 2 hours

  2. 2

    After the sabudana is done take a walk and add oil and jeera into it and let the jeera be cracked

  3. 3

    Now add peanuts, potato and green chilli into the oil and sort it for at least 5 to 6 minutes after that when the the peanuts are done an take out the peanuts into a separate bowl and let the green chilli and potato cooked

    After the potato and Green Chilli are cooked at the sabudana and mix all the ingredients well

  5. 5

    Now add peanuts coriander some sendha namak and mix all the ingredients well

  6. 6

    Cook it for at least 5 minutes more till then your sabudana is transparent in colour your sabudana khichdi is ready to eat
