Cucumber Raita
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Peel and Grate the cucumber.
Finely chopped chilli and coriander.
Take curd in a Bowl.
Bit nicely. - 2
Add salt, pepper powder,chaat masala, grated cucumber and chopped chilli in the curd.
Mix well. - 3
Now take oil in a Tadka pan and add mustard and asafoetida to splutter.
Now add the Tadka in a curd
Combine with curd
Now sprinkle red chilli powder and a little coriander to garnish.
Cucumber Raita is ready to serve. - 4
